Common Definitions

Dorways
The LLC, website, people, trademarks, and Services associated with the Dorways brand.

Client
The individual connected to and responsible for the initiation, approval, and payment for a Campaign.

Account
The overarching entity connected with a Client that includes all associated Campaigns, financial information, and contact information in regards to their association with Dorways.

Campaign
The culmination of Assets and Services designed, produced, edited, and delivered by Dorways to a Client pertaining to a specific real estate property.

Assets
The individual marketing materials (print and digital) designed, produced, edited, and delivered by Dorways for a specific Campaign.

Content
Any text, photo, document, graphic, or link formally submitted by a Client in support of their associated Campaign, Assets, and/or Account.

Services
The functions offered by Dorways that result in the design, production, editing, and delivery of a Campaign, as well as the management of an Account.

A | Validity

A1 | Account Validity
By requesting a Campaign and supplying Content, the Client agrees that they are the authorized representative for the Campaign’s associated property.

A2 | Content Validity
The Client is responsible for ensuring that all Content is accurate, to the best of their knowledge, at time of submission. Dorways is not responsible for the display, use, or reference to inaccurate Content provided by the Client.

B | Use of Content

B1 | Asset Content
Once Asset Content is provided to Dorways, the Client authorizes Dorways to use such Content in the development of print and electronic files used for public display. This includes the use of any registered or trademark materials supplied by the Client.

B2 | Asset Content Appropriateness
Dorways will review all Content to ensure appropriateness for public viewing. If such Content is deemed inappropriate in terms of use, meaning, verbiage, or visual nature, such Content may be rejected by Dorways and the Client will be notified accordingly.

B3 | Account Content
Account Content includes a Client’s email, phone, name, real estate brokerage information, and financial information. By supplying Account Content, the Client authorizes Dorways to use such Content for internal billing, contact, and administrative purposes only.

B4 | Photography Content
Dorways is not responsible for the unauthorized use of photographic Content. It is the Client’s responsibility to confirm use of photographic Content with all necessary entities and rightful owners.

Property Branding
Refer to C2

C2 | Property Branding
The Client may choose to select the Property Branding as an asset option for a Campaign. Dorways will develop a custom property logo based on the property’s key qualities and utilize custom colors at Dorways’ discretion. Please note that Property Branding colors will automatically replace typical branding colors previously specified by a Client across all Assets. The Client has the authority to approve all Property Branding Assets.

C3 | Additional Assets
The Client is not able to add any additional Assets to a Campaign other than what is currently offered by Dorways.

C4 | Edit of Assets
Refer to Section F for more information regarding edits.

C5 | Duration of Assets
Social Media, Video Tour, Location Guide, Postcard, Brochure, Ad Design, and Property Branding Assets have no expiration and may be used without a timeline limitation, if in accordance with Section J. The House HQ Asset typically expires at the conclusion of 6 months from Campaign initiation but may remain active after the 6-month period if requested by the Client. There is no additional cost to extend the duration of a House HQ Asset.

D | Campaign Services

D1 | Layout & Design
Dorways utilizes predetermined layouts as a timely and financially beneficial solution for the Client. Dorways has the authority to change or alter Asset layout and designs at any time as part of continuous improvement.

D2 | Brand Customization
Dorways will apply the Client’s specified color preferences and provided logo across various Assets. Please note that, for printed Assets, colors may print slightly different than when viewed digitally. This is a normal occurrence.

D3 | Text Enhancement
Text Enhancement is an optional service offered by Dorways. There is no additional cost, if selected. By selecting Text Enhancement, you authorize Dorways to edit, rephrase, or restructure any provided text Content. The Client will have final approval on the enhanced text.

D4 | Photo Enhancement
Dorways will review photo Content, primarily, for resolution and color quality. At this time, Dorways does not offer extensive photo editing such as virtual staging or complex Photoshopping like snow removal, sky replacement, etc. If a photo is deemed to be poor quality for Asset use, Dorways will notify the Client.

D5 | Location Content & Research
Dorways will provide location-related information to enhance a Client’s Campaign to be used in some Assets, as applicable and determined by Dorways. This may include location maps, nearby entities, nearby roadways, nearby destinations, and estimated times to regional roadways or destinations. Dorways utilizes reliable resources to source this information. Please note that not every amenity, roadway, or destination in the immediate area may be included. Featured information is meant to reflect a brief overview of nearby entities and in no way is intended to promote or discriminate against any specific entity or business. Dorways does not profit from featured entities.

D6 | Print Asset Production & Delivery
Dorways will print Assets, as outlined in Section C. Printed Assets will be mailed directly to the Client’s specified mailing address.

D7 | Digital Asset Production & Delivery
Dorways will save final digital Assets, as outlined in Section C. Digital Assets will also include digital files for printed Assets. Digital Assets will be emailed directly to the Client’s specified email.

D8 | Ongoing Edits
Dorways will update Assets with new Content if submitted by a Client within 6 months after Campaign initiation. Refer to Section F for more information regarding edits.

E | Campaign Development

E1 | Process
Dorways follows an organized process to ensure Assets are developed, saved, and delivered accurately and timely. This process also ensures the Client’s experience is as simple and efficient as possible:

Design

1. The Client submits Content and initiates a Campaign via dorways.com/campaign.
2. Dorways begins Campaign development using provided Content and specified Client preferences.
3. Dorways will email the Client a PDF review document containing all Assets for their approval.

Review

4. The Client is required to approve or reject each Asset via the PDF review document and email the PDF back to Dorways as formal record. If an Asset is not approved, there is a comment section to request edits. Refer to Section F for more information regarding edits.

Production & Delivery

5. Dorways will provide print and digital Assets, as outlined in Section C. Printed Assets will be mailed to the Client’s specified mailing address. Digital Assets will be emailed to the Client’s specified email.

E2 | Timelines
Typical Design time is 1-3 days, beginning from the day of Campaign initiation. Once all Assets are formally approved by the Client, it typically takes an additional 5-7 days for Production & Delivery. Please note that these are estimated times. Dorways makes every effort to maintain these timelines. However, Content quality, requested edits, time of requests, and external shipping delays may affect these timelines.

F| Campaign Edits

F1 | Applicable Edits
Only text, photo, and color edits may be made to Assets for up to 6 months, beginning from the day of Campaign initiation. Asset layout, size, final file types, and paper stock cannot be changed.

F2 | Edits & Updated Assets
Once edits are complete, Dorways will email the Client with updated files. Please note that Dorways does not offer reprints for previously printed Assets. Instead, the Client is encouraged to utilize their updated digital files to reprint, if necessary.

F3 | Edit Process

Request

1. The Client formally submits valid edits via dorways.com/campaign.
2. Dorways reviews and completes edits, if applicable with the guidelines defined in Section F1.
3. Dorways will email the Client a PDF review document containing all updated Assets.

Review

4. The Client is required to approve or reject each Asset via the PDF review document and email the PDF back to Dorways as formal record. If an Asset is not approved, there is a comment section to easily request additional edits.

Production & Delivery

5. Digital files for all applicable Assets will be emailed to the Client at the completion of the edit process.

F4 | Edit Timelines
Dorways aims to complete all edits quickly and efficiently. Depth and extent of edits will determine the exact timeline for completion.

G | Campaign Cost

G1 | Total Cost
The total cost of a Campaign will be displayed during the Campaign initiation process. Please note that additional fees and taxes may apply and will be applied to the Client’s total Campaign cost before submission.

G2 | Campaign Discount
Campaign Discounts are offered only for Clients associated with registered brokerages. The Client must select a registered brokerage during the initiation of a Campaign in order to redeem a Campaign Discount. Please note, that by selecting a registered brokerage, pre-set branding elements as colors, logos, and brokerage details cannot be edited or altered by a Client.

G3 | Payment Method
Dorways accepts credit card payments only. Payment is due upon the initiation of a Campaign. The Client’s credit card will be charged immediately upon submission.

H | Cancellation & Refunds

H1 | Cancellation
You may cancel the creation of a Campaign at any time by emailing info@dorways.com. Please note that payment will not be refunded for cancelled Campaigns.

H2 | Refunds
Partial refunds are issued only if print Assets are damaged or lost during shipment. In this case, Dorways will issue a refund for the cost of printed Assets only. Dorways is not responsible for stolen, lost, or damaged print Assets after delivery is completed. Please email info@dorways.com for refund assistance.

To avoid refund requests and unsatisfactory Campaign results, Dorways requests that all Clients carefully review their Campaign’s PDF reviews before approval.

I | Third Party Services

I1 | Use of Third Party Providers
In some cases, Dorways utilizes third party providers to manage, operate, organize and strengthen our Services. These providers have their own privacy, legal, and term agreements. In some cases, Content may be shared with these third parties. These third parties are obliged to keep such Content private and secure.

J | Dorways Property

J1 | Authorized Use of Assets
The Client is authorized to share, post, print, and otherwise use Assets to promote the Campaign’s sole associated property.

J2 | Unauthorized Use of Assets
The following outlines the unauthorized uses of Assets:

1.The Client is unauthorized to reproduce, copy, edit, or alter Assets for the benefit of additional and/or future properties.
2. The Client is unauthorized to sell or trade official Assets or reproduced Assets to additional individuals or parties.
3. The Client is unauthorized to claim Asset designs and layouts as their own.
4. The Client is unauthorized to use Assets in ways that harm, destroy, or defame the Dorways brand or the brands of its associated third party providers in any way.
5. The Client is unauthorized to use Assets in ways that violate the Fair Housing Act.

J3 | Dorways Branding
The Client must consult with Dorways before using Dorways branding elements or citing formal connections with Dorways beyond the use, sharing, and promotion of Assets.

K | Termination

K1 | Grounds for Termination
If at, any time, Dorways finds the Client to be in violation of these Terms & Conditions, Dorways has the authority to terminate the Account, Campaigns, and/or select Assets of a Client. In such a case, Dorways is not required to provide refunds or other compensation for termination.

K2 | Terms & Conditions Agreement
By using Dorways’ Services, the Client agrees to the Terms & Conditions set forth above. The use of Dorways’ Services acts as a binding agreement between the Client and Dorways to follow, agree to, and oblige by the Terms & Conditions set forth above. If the Client disagrees with these Terms & Conditions, they are not authorized to utilize Dorways’ Services in any manner. Additionally, the Client agrees that if these Terms & Conditions are violated, the Client is liable for Termination or additional penalties if applicable under the law.

At any time, Dorways has the authority to edit these Terms & Conditions.
